I did a sketch in a cheap sketchbook using a #2 pencil - the paper was rough. I took it into photoshop and added a paper texture to the background and added white. Interesting technique. I need to get some colored paper and some white china pencils and try this out, analog-style…

This is another sketch I did - on the same paper, with the same technique - except I used some color.
